I am your Licencing Officer and Data Manager for Kaichou Kai.
All students must hold a Karate Licence in order to train, grade and compete.
The licence application form can be submitted from this page and payment made via bank transfer.
All licence queries must be made to me via email. I do not take phone queries.

Please note that any club, grading, training, or competing concerns and questions need to be made to Moira, or your instructor.

Please note the following:
- A student must have a minimum of 75% attendance from the last grading date, or time started (regardless of reason for absence)
- The student must wear a clean white gi, with the Kaichou Kai badge on the left of the jacket
- The gi sleeves and/or trousers must not be rolled up, if too long they must be sewn under
- The student must study and know the karate syllabus for the grading taking as well as previous grades
- The licence book, with an in-date-licence slip, must be presented at the grading
- Spectators are not permitted
